Imo State 1st person, Gov. Rochas Okorocha of Imo State and his Abia State counterpart, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, have proclaimed that the oil-delivering states ought to be given sufficient consideration.

They made their position known in Owerri, amid the Niger Delta Development Forum, NDDF, controlled by the Partnership Initiative for Niger Delta, PIND.

"Imo State government is prepared to team up with the Niger Delta Development Forum in power and other infrastructure development."

Representative Ikpeazu, who was spoken to by Mr. Sam Hart, Senior Special Adviser on Public Communication, said Abia state went to the occasion looking for speculators.

Rochas Okorocha who was spoken to by his Deputy, Eze Madumere, said the district was in desperate need of help to help it locate an enduring answer for the difficulties confronting them.
